A woman stabbed to death in Baltimore after giving money to passersby

BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) – Police said a 52-year-old woman was stabbed to death overnight in the city of Baltimore.

According to the police, shortly after 12:30 pm, the victim identified as Jacquelyn Smith and his family were driving in the area when they noticed a woman who appeared to be about 20 years old.

The woman wore a brown jacket garment and gave the impression that she was carrying a baby. She also had a sign saying, "Help me feed my baby."

Jacquelyn was sitting in the front passenger seat, when she lowered the window to give money to the woman. Police say it is at this point that a man of about 30 years old has approached the vehicle to thank the family.

The man then went to the inside of the vehicle to seize the victim's wallet, which triggered a fight.

The man pulled out a knife, stabbed the Jacquelyn in his chest, and then ran away with the woman who was holding the sign.

Police say the suspect measures 5 feet by 4 and the African-American man measures about 6 feet tall. and has a goatee.
