The Chinese Internet giant Alibaba has developed a program capable of generating a detailed textual description of the goods. Usually the copyrights are involved with this
This is reported by Alizila.
The AI-copywriter was developed by Alimama, a division of Alibaba. The system uses the technology of in-depth training and natural language processing and can generate textual descriptions of goods.
According to the developers, the system has been trained in millions of examples of quality descriptions and can produce 20,000 lines of text per second. The program would already be used, for example, for the Tmall and Taobao platforms of Alibaba.
Yes, various brands and advertisers plant the product reference and then ask the program to post different ideas for the text. It should be noted that system users can choose the length and even the style of the text. The tool, as developers say, is used on average about a million times a day.
Alimama believes that such a tool greatly changes the work of editors – they no longer need to think about the text, but to choose the most appropriate variant.
Thus, the efficiency increases considerably. At the same time, the company says the system can not replace people's creativity – it just lets people direct energy to more creative work.
