KYIV. January 23, UNN. The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Committee stated that it would be impossible to prevent Russia from participating in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympic Games if the laboratory data anti-doping of Moscow were found counterfeit, reports Associated Press, reports UNN [19459004)]

If this happens, such a recommendation – "very likely" – will give the AMA the Compliance Committee (CRC) . To participate in the Olympic Games, athletes, but also officials, as well as auxiliary personnel, may not be allowed. The committee also stated that it could recommend that Russia no longer receive the right to hold World Sports Championships of any kind for a certain period of time.

WADA experts completed their work at the Moscow Anti-Doping Laboratory on January 17. They were able to delete data from the information management system and export them from Russia for the purposes of analysis and verification of authenticity. The agency called this step a major breakthrough.

At the same time, it was learned that the WADA Executive Committee was not imposing sanctions on RUSADA.
