An armed man was in a Texaco on Riverside Drive on Saturday night, Cobb County Police reported on Channel 2 Action News.
SWAT crews were activated and circled the service station, located off I-20 near Six Flags in Austell.
The situation remained an apparent impasse at 6 pm, the news channel reported.
