Milwaukee police said Charles Barefield, 29, Shannan Nehmer, 19, and his 2-year-old daughter, Annamelia Hernandez, were all drowned in the river.

Milwaukee police said the third man in custody was linked to robberies. He has not been charged yet. They entrusted the investigation of the river crash to the Wisconsin State Patrol for her investigation.
