A drummer from the Razorback Filipino rock band, Brian Velasco, jumped out of the building removing everything from the phone. The video was posted on Facebook, but was quickly removed.
Velasco, 41, bade farewell to his friends and relatives before jumping off the 34th floor. The tragedy occurred in the Philippines capital, Manila.
Before death, the musician said on camera "Now I'm about to leave". According to the local police, Velasco's body was discovered on the morning of January 16th at 9:45 am local time.
A campaign has been launched online. Group members are asked not to post videos of the suicide Velasco. They are quickly deleted on Youtube.
