Customs officers in Lviv seized Turkish car filters for 2.8 million UAH

Employees of the customs offense and international cooperation of the Lviv customs service prevented the transfer of motor vehicle filters against counterfeit documents and seized the goods of a Turkish citizen in the amount of 2.8 million UAH

that a Turkish citizen entered the customs control area of ​​the Krakivets crossing point in the direction of of "departure from Ukraine". According to the documents presented, the car loaded the cargo "motor vehicle filters in an assortment of a total weight of 6821 kg."

" The seller of the goods was a Turkish company and the buyer was a Turkmen company, which indicated the illogical nature of the transfer route.The DFS of Lviv Customs asked the Polish company to provide information on the expectation of the above-mentioned product.The Polish company replied stating that the goods in question were not expected ", – indicates in the message.

The customs authorities then lodged a protocol on the violation of customs regulations for the reasons set out in Article 483 (1) of the Customs Code of Ukraine. In accordance with Article 511 of the Ukrainian Customs Code, the goods were seized and transferred to the customs warehouse.
