– Reports Sportarena
Today, December 6, the General Assembly of clubs of the Ukrainian Prime Minister
As stated by FootballHub, during the meeting, Deputy Director General of Dynamo Sergei Mohnik demanded the resignation of the president of the ULF – the Swiss Thomas Grimm. He was supported by the representatives of "Zorya" and "Olympic". However, for lack of a quorum, the question failed: the representatives did not arrive at the meeting at the same time in six clubs – Shakhtar, Mariupol, Chernomorets, Vorskla, Alexandria and Lviv.
One of the main problems The assembly should have become the expansion of the Premier League to 16 teams. The next meeting is scheduled for December 20th.
The president of the FFU, Andriy Pavelko, made it clear on the eve that it would be possible to increase the number of participants that there were no grievances to clubs in the first league claiming to hit the UPL.
- Reminder. Thomas Grimm was elected president of the Premier League on April 6th.
- Grimm has been leading UPL for four years and became the third Premier League leader after Vitaly Danilov and Vladimir Heninson, who replaced that position.
