Russia will request the admission of its observers to the presidential election in Ukraine
"There is an internationally recognized international law and practice in which our observers have the right to participate to the procedure of election observation. "- said the Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Grigori Karassin at a press conference in Moscow, according to Radio Liberty
