The Russian Orthodox Church continues to be celebrated with frightening decisions through the creation of a United Orthodox Church in Ukraine and its support for the Ecumenical Patriarchate. Thus, on December 28, the Synod of the DRC decided to form its patriarchal exarchate in Western Europe and Southeast Asia.
