The French Parliament will hold a vote of no confidence against Prime Minister Edward Philippe on Thursday, December 13th.

Bloomberg reports

"The prime minister's government, Edward Philippe, will face a vote of suspicion Thursday," reads the statement.

As indicated, the three left-wing parties submitted the proposal to the French Parliament. However, the vote will probably end in favor of the government since the left parties have only 62 warrants out of 577. Presidential Party Emmanuel Macron "Forward, Republic!" has 309 deputies, among its allies the centrists, which still represents about 74 votes.

Philip declared that before voting, he would present a detailed plan of the budget of France in 2019.

The Prime Minister supports Macron's plan, which announces a series of measures to improve the socio-economic situation of the country in the context of the "yellow vests" demonstrations. These measures could cost France between 8 and 10 billion euros.
