The Google Assistant has learned to translate people's conversations after a special voice command.
The conversation feature was featured by the company among its other products at CES 2019. Officially, Google has not yet announced this feature, but some information about it has already been released. Ukr.Media.
It is known that to start working with an interpreter, you have to speak aloud "Google, be my English translator" or "Google, help me speak Italian". Google Assistant also helps their owners understand foreign language conversations.
The Google Assistant Interpreter Mode can now be tested on some gadgets like Google Home. It is interesting to note that the order itself for the assistant must be spoken in the language in which the translation is needed.
Once the program is finished, it will be able to translate from the following languages: Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, etc. Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese.
