The explosion occurred at night in the building 164 of Karl Marx Avenue. The floors of the third to the tenth floors collapsed. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, three people were killed and three others were removed from the rubble.
The FSB of the Russian Federation pointed out that the other versions the explosion is not envisaged. Due to the event, they initiated criminal proceedings under the article on the cause of death by negligence.
