Russia is ready to negotiate on the recognition of responsibility for the plane during the Boeing MH17 flight over the Donbass.
This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. The ministry said the negotiations with the Russian Federation had yielded initial results, reports Reuters.
"We are keeping diplomatic contact with Russia on the responsibility of the state and we are more and more confident that we will be able to meet the Russians shortly" – noted at the Foreign Ministry.
