In the US state of Virginia, the trial of Paul Manaforth begins July 31. He will be the first of Donald Trump's former assistants to appear in court. Manahaforth, a federal investigator investigating the interference in the US elections in 2016, has accused Manaforth of banking and tax fraud.

The process that begins in Virginia will be the first of at least two. The second is expected to begin in September in the Columbia metropolitan area, the focus will be on political issues.
