American double figure skating champion John Kaflin was found dead at home. The sister of an athlete on his Facebook page wrote that he had reduced his bills to life.
"My wonderful, strong, surprisingly compassionate brother, John Kaflin, has committed suicide today, I do not have words, I love you, John," says in a statement from Angela Lon.
A few days earlier, Kaflin was expelled from sports because of suspicions of violence against other participants in the competition. The athlete was going to participate in the American Figure Skating Championship which will take place at the end of January in Detroit.

In 2011 and 2012, the sportsman won the American title. In a relationship with Keithlyn Jankuskas and Kaidi Denny, respectively. Kaflin also won the gold medal at the Croatian Junior Grand Prix for the 2005/06 season
According to OBOZREVATEL, Russian baseball player Sergey Solovyov died of a heart attack at age 37 . The athlete did not stop at the end of 2018.
