A man tried to cross the border illegally, said the National Service of Border Guards of Ukraine. The border guard provides the citizen with primary health care and brings him to the department of "Vovchansk"

The detainee is a Ukrainian citizen born in 1989. He was recently convicted of the illicit manufacture and sale of narcotics. He claimed to have escaped from Kiev, where he was under house arrest, and attempted to illegally enter the territory of the Russian Federation in order to avoid criminal liability, but was misplaced.
The Ukrainian is currently under surveillance at the Vovchansky District Hospital.
Border guards of the Dilove division of the Mukachevo detachment held the Romanian "Mercedes" certificate with a large smuggling group.
