Ukraine plans to block Russian ships in the Black Sea

The Ukrainian authorities are preparing mirror actions for Russia's detention of Ukrainian ships in the Kerch Strait. This was announced on Friday, November 30 by SBU chief Igor Guskov's chief of apparatus, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
"Yes, decisions are made to carry out appropriate mirror actions in response of our country to the Russian aggressor," Guskov said.
