It should be noted that the limitation of the communication is based on the decision of the National Commission of Communication. The agency recommends stopping the international traffic exchange with resources in individual numbers allocated by the Russian Federation and used in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, temporarily uncontrolled territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk in Ukraine, as well as in the occupied territories of Georgia.

At the same time, it should be noted that the popular Ukrainian mobile operator Lifecell eliminates several tariff plans. According to the operator, "under the knife" will go to four packets at a time.
On February 5, subscribers to the old tariff plans will be disconnected and transferred to new plans.
Subscribers of these mobile packets will be transferred under the tariff plan "Gadget". Services paid and accrued under the old tariff will be maintained in accordance with their period of validity. In this case, until March 25, 2019, subscribers can choose and independently switch to any other key-of-life price plan available for connection.
Thus, Lifecell subscribers, who use old tariff plans, must choose another set of services. The operator will delete the following tariffs:
• "3G Gadget";
• "3G + Gadget";
• "3G + Gadget 2017";
• "life 🙂 Online".
It should be noted that at the end of last year, another major mobile operator, Vodafone Ukraine, had also closed more than 60 old tariff plans. Kyivstar has also removed a dozen packages, offering subscribers new rates, even if they were not profitable for some. In general, subscribers are transferred to more expensive service offerings, which is explained by the fact that they offer customers the most optimal options based on their previous needs.
