A Southeast Texas Police Vidor (VY) police chief, Rod Carroll, said Monday that the gun that a man was wearing while he was going to a church in order to carry out a "prophecy" previously stolen from a house.
Tony Dwayne Albert II, 33, involved in the theft of the weapon or obtained afterwards.
Carroll claims that Albert, found with the weapon, extra ammunition and a face mask, had apparently threatened a Baptist church in Vidor, near the border with Louisiana.
Albert was arrested Sunday by a policeman on leave in Seguin, a suburb of San Antonio, 402 kilometers from Vidor. We do not know what brought Albert to the San Antonio area.
According to Carroll, family members told investigators that Albert had a history of mental illness.

Brianna Jimenez told KSAT that 33-year-old Tony Dwayne Albert I went to the restroom at Mexican restaurant Las Mañanitas in Sequin on Sunday, then went out and asked for the nearest Baptist church.
Jimenez says that he received instructions and that he left on seeing him gripped by a weapon. She says that an employee locked the door after he left and that his mother called the police, who arrested Albert after finding him with a loaded handgun, extra ammo and a face mask.
Online records show that he is jailed for filing a complaint for weapons and drugs, but is doing so. not the list of a lawyer for him.
