On February 8, Adam Schiff, a California Democrat, announced Monday that Cohen had agreed to testify in camera before the Intelligence Committee.
Monico stated that Cohen wanted to cooperate with all congressional investigations. Trump and Giuliani put an end to the accusations.
Si Cohen finally appears before the three panels of the Congress, he is likely to talk about different topics in public and in private. Before deferring his appearance, Cummings had stated that Cohen would not speak during a public hearing on the ongoing investigation of Special Advocate Robert Mueller.
Schiff argued that Cohen should also appear before the House Intelligence Committee in order to question Russia behind closed doors.
