Fortunately, the problem did not affect all the owners of the Xbox One, but a lot. According to preliminary data, it would be millions of failed consoles. One of the famous players, who owns his own YouTube channel, suffered the problem among the first and posted a video showing all the essence of the problem. Fortunately, the prefix is ​​very easy to correct and the problem in most cases is that immediately after turning on the TV screen or monitor, it can only see a black image.

To solve this problem, simply restart the Xbox One game console. Of course, such an event can not be called catastrophic, but it is guaranteed that it will have a negative impact on Microsoft's reputation. Affected by the issue, only users who have installed the latest and most recent software, as well as the Xbox One service entry. If the reboot does not help, you must disable the global network prefix, after which it will be activated and it can be reused.

Most likely, the Xbox Live service was affected by a type of failure. all users, including from Ukraine. Much to the delight of millions of owners of the Xbox One decoder, including the flagship product X, have managed to escape the slightest fright because the first thing a user thinks when a black screen appears when the console is on – a failure. However, the vast majority of victims contributed to the restart, while others managed to solve the problem by removing the Internet cable from the console.
