Miss Univers-2018: Ukrainian "Tree of Life" at the national costumes parade

In the Thai province of Chonburi, the presentation of the national costumes for the Miss Universe 2018 competition was held

. The 94 participants came out in their outfits which, according to the contest organizers, will present their country through a "well-designed colorful and cultural event". The final of the contest will take place in six days.

Ukrainka Karina Josan came out in a national costume called "Tree of Life". As explained in Miss Universe Ukraine, the dress is decorated with elements of ornaments used in traditional Ukrainian costumes and towels.

The magician has dedicated 11 kilometers of silk threads to the manufacture of creations of the design studio Svitlo.

The dress weighs 15 kilograms and is decorated with 50 mastiff flowers.

94 girls from around the world participate in the contest. The contest is held for the 76th time. This year, Miss South Africa, who won last year, will wear the crown to the future winner.

The final of the contest will be held in the Thai capital, Bangkok, on December 17th.
