As a result, it appeared that part of the 70 billion hryvnia intended for the development of the Khmelnitsky nuclear power plant could be obtained by a Russian subsidiary-group company and that the same company would be corrupted. In this case, Skoda JS is not on the list of Ukrainian sanctions, but is subject to US sanctions.
