SALINE COUNTY, Arkansas – Arkansas Police says one child is dead and another 45 people were injured – including many children – after a bus carrying a football team Junior destroyed Interstate 30 during the night.
The accident occurred at approximately 2:40 am near the mileage marker west of Benton, Saline County.

The State Police of Arkansas stated at least 45 people had been injured in the accident. Authorities on site initially told us that more than 20 people had been taken to the Little Rock and Benton hospitals. The Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock tells us that they are treating 20 patients
The bus was traveling from Texas to Memphis. The children had played in a junior football championship game in Dallas this weekend.

Journalist Isabella Moller has been a long way from the subject. He was told that the bus was in an embankment near the highway. State police in Arkansas confirmed that the bus had left the road and returned.
At 0815, the road was still closed, with soldiers investigating and attempting to reconstruct the accident. At one point, the ASP helicopter was brought to provide investigators with a better view.

The bus driver is alive and is blamed by the forces of order, according to his information. Arkansas State Police.
