Opera returns its free Android VPN

[ad_1]

Last year, Opera, the developer of the same browser, announced the closure of its mobile applications for iOS and Android, which allowed access to its VPN. Instead of a totally free service, it has been suggested to use SurfEasy Total VPN with paid options. Recently, Opera has announced the return of its VPN.

The updated private network service is still in beta mode. It is only available in the full version of Opera Mobile Browser for Android and does not support Opera Mini. Otherwise, it is simply free and without traffic restrictions.

To try a new one, you need to download the beta version of the Opera browser, which is distributed separately from the final version. After installation, you must click on the "O" button in the lower right corner, access the settings and activate the VPN.

The VPN itself in Opera has several parameters. You can change your location, turn it off for search engines, and track your traffic. Opera has also added VPN disconnections to the VPN and promises not to collect information passing through their servers.

The VPN service is now vital for a full Internet experience. This can help you bypass site blocking. It also allows you to transfer data without interception at intermediate steps.
