At the annual session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE, the Berlin Declaration was adopted. The Ukrainian delegation adopted a resolution on the continuing violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and in the city of Sevastopol. According to Gerasimov, the draft resolution was presented by the members of the Ukrainian delegation. and representatives of the parliaments of Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Canada, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, the United States and other countries.
In the text of the resolution, an aggressor country is required: "Immediate Release of Ukrainian Political Prisoners Oleg Sentsov, Oleksandr Kolchenko Oleksiy Chirnia, Remzi Mametov, Seyran Seliyev, Volodymyr Balukh, Oleksandr Kostenko, Muslima Aliyev, Emer-Usain Kuku , Vadim Syik, Arsen Jaaparov, Refat Alimov and other Ukrainian citizens who were illegally detained and imprisoned for fabricated cases
In addition, the resolution confirms respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity from Ukraine to internationally recognized borders, including the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol
The document again condemns the illegal occupation of the Russian Federation Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, as well as an appeal to the Russian Federation to end the annexation of the Ukrainian peninsula
to the Russian Federation to cease all aggression against Ukraine and to discharge fully its obligations under the Charter of the United Nations and the Helsinki Final Act as well as other norms and principles of international law, principles and responsibilities within the framework of the OSCE. Condemns the abuses and practices of discrimination against the inhabitants of occupied Crimea, including Crimean Tatars, as well as Ukrainians and persons belonging to other ethnic and religious groups, by the Russian occupation authorities , and also condemns the establishment by the Russian Federation in Crimea of laws, jurisdiction and administration and demands that the Russian Federation fulfill its obligations under international law with regard to the application of the laws in force in Crimea before occupation.
