Residents return home to Paradise, California, after being evacuated from the campfire.
Residents fled their home in Paradise from campfires for 38 days on November 8th. On Saturday, all remaining evacuation orders were raised in the towns of Paradise and Butte giving residents the opportunity to return home and see what remains to them.
Only residents were allowed to enter the area with proof of identity for the first 24 hours. Starting Sunday, December 16 at 9 am, the newly evacuated evacuation areas will be open to the general public.
The cars were the same in the direction of the Skyway. The California Highway Patrol and the Butte County Sheriff's Office were at Skyway Crossroad Road, checking identity cards, and handing protective clothing to people who were considering sifting through their property.

Small pieces of the city covered with debris give him hope. Their oranges were still on their trees and their rainbow paddlewheel had remained intact against the flames of their garden.
They say that the recovery process will take time, but they are convinced that the city of Paradise will be rebuilt.
