President Petro Poroshenko signed a law approving the change of name of the Ukrainian, Lithuanian and Polish military joint unit. It is Thursday, December 27, according to the press service of the head of state.

It is noted that the agreement in question was created on October 5, 2017 in Lublin. And the signed document amends the preamble of the main agreement, which gives the name of the great Hetman Konstantin Ostrozhsky to the joint military unit.

The department was reminded that the law on the ratification of the agreement amending the agreement between Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine on the establishment of a military unit No 2645-VIII had been adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on 6 December. He was supported by 230 people's deputies.
