A few minutes ago, the Chinese public launched a mobile device, the Samsung Galaxy A8, which became the world's first smartphone with a hole in the screen under the front camera. The phone looks very impressive, as there is currently no model offering this feature on the market. In addition to its unique screen, the smartphone has something to brag.

The fact that the Samsung Galaxy A8s smartphone is equipped with a very powerful hardware, which includes a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display (Infinity-O) with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels (FHD +), an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor at 8.2 GHz, an Adreno 616 graphics processor, 6/8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of RAM, a microSD 512 GB memory card slot included, as well as a rechargeable battery of 3,300 mAh with support for fast charging.

On the other hand, the camera will receive a triple main (24 MP + 10 MP + 5 MP) and front cameras 24 MP, NFC, MST, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 LE and GLONASS, as well as a USB connector of type -C. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack in this mobile device. The dimensions of the glass case are 158.4 x 74.9 x 7.4 mm, while the device weighs 173 grams. The fingerprint reader sits at the back with a slightly elongated circle.

The manufacturer promises that in the first quarter of 2019 the Samsung Galaxy A8 will be marketed under the Android 9.0 Pie operating system with a One UI hull, and from the beginning of sales it will be based on Android 8.1 Oreo. A mobile device to buy in China will be available in two versions, whose base has 6/128 GB of memory, while the advanced version – 8/128 GB. Their value is not disclosed, but it will be announced on December 10, 2018, when new orders will begin to be collected. Buyers can buy the phone in blue, green and silver, but in any case, the front part is painted black.
