In search of the "madness" of smartphones, manufacturers are opting for a variety of tricks. For example, they refuse to cut the screen in favor of a small hole or even to wear the cellophane camera on the back of the cover. However, in the first case, the integrity of the matrix is violated, in the second – it is necessary to equip the gadget of another screen.

Samsung engineers presented solutions to both problems by developing a very original front-end publishing method.

According to a document registered with the Patent Office [US] Samsung plans to install an optical zoom camera module in the S Pen Pen that is usually supplied with Galaxy Note devices. This solution allows you to not only remove the cutouts and holes in the display, but also to thin the device itself, thus "saving" space inside the case.

It is possible that the new generation stylus with an integrated sephi module will be presented with another revision of the popular smartphone. However, the exact timing of the publication is unknown – in fact, the patent does not always mean that the seller is ready to mass-produce the new device.
