Authorities say 48-year-old Nevada death row Detainee who wanted to die for two years, but whose execution had been postponed twice, was found dead in his cell following an alleged hanging.

Brooke Santina, spokeswoman for the Department of Penitentiary Affairs, told The Associated Press that Scott Raymond Dozier had been found at the age of 4 years. : 35 pm Saturday in an individual cell of a state prison in Ely.

Dozier abandoned the appeals and insisted that the state condemns to death his death sentence, pronounced in 2007, for the separate murder of associates of the methamphetamine trade in 2002 in Phoenix and in Las Vegas.

A lethal injection was scheduled, but it was blocked by court fights for a combination of three drugs never prepared before that prison officials had intended to use.
