Microsoft plans to launch a real-time subtitle feature in the Skype messenger. Redmond is convinced that this will make the service more accessible to people with hearing loss.

The system automatically recognizes the words and decrypts them in the text by scrolling them. Developers also plan to add a separate window in future versions of the program.

The option can be set by default in the settings or only enabled during the conversation.

Subtitles will support more than 20 languages.
