According to Engadget, the Chinese manufacturer of smartphones Vivo has announced the launch of its new concept APEX 2019. It is a smartphone practically without holes.
The only hole in this smartphone, located under the screen, is a small microphone slot. In this case, the novelty is devoid of USB port, speaker grille and SIM card tray.
APEX 2019 is made of special glass. Completely "wrap" the filling of the smartphone in the glass thanks to the thermal bending and the mechanical grinding of the glass. Near the right side of the smartphone, pressure-sensitive areas correspond to the power and volume buttons

Regarding the connection via USB, it will be replaced by a Pogo connector with a magnetic pin, which will be directed to the bottom of the back panel. In addition, instead of the usual SIM card, the phone will use e-SIM, supported by a very small number of telecom operators in the world.
