The new flagship smartphone Sony Xperia XZ4 has been spotted in the database of the Chinese certification office TENAA.
What is already known
The certification has confirmed leaks concerning the device. As expected, the smartphone will receive a 6.5-inch OLED display with a resolution of 3360 × 1440 pixels and an image size of 21: 9.
The new star performance will match the new Qualcomm flagship chipset Snapdragon 855 with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. The smartphone will have a battery of 3,680 mAh and will work under the latest version of Android 9. Pie.
One of the interesting features of the Xperia XZ4 will be a three-module camera of 52 MP + 24 MP + 8 MP. The first is probably the main one, the second is the telephoto and the third is the depth sensor with the ToF (Time-of-Flight) function to create 3D objects. The front camera will be 24 megapixels. The novelty also requires IP68 protection, an NFC chip and a USB C.
Price and when to expect
The presentation of the Sony Xperia XZ4 will take place on February 25 at the MWC 2019 in Barcelona. The smartphone will cost around $ 900.
