The nurse who was under investigation for the missing and presumed murdered mother, Kelsey Berreth, is reportedly being charged. Sources told ABC News that Krystal Lee, 32, would plead guilty to at least one of the charges in the Colorado case, but the details of the charge or charges are not yet clear; officials will only confirm that she has a hearing date set for Friday. The investigators investigated whether Lee had evidence. Patrick Frazee has been charged with the murder of Berreth, with whom he has a one – year – old daughter. His relationship with Lee is not clear, but sources said Lee only helped him because he had threatened her to death. Fox 31 describes Lee as an "acquaintance" of Frazee.
