<p>  Matt House, A spokesman for Schumer was forced to leave his position as Communications Director of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (DN.Y.), after inappropriate conduct with his colleagues. </p>
<p>  "After learning that he had had inappropriate meetings in the office and that he was asked to leave," the spokesman said in a statement. </p>

"I deeply regret the mistakes I made many times when I drank too much, and I apologize to anyone affected by my behavior," House said in a statement to POLITICO.
