New Constitution Recognizes Central Planning and State Entrepreneurship Essential to the Country's Economy
The Communist Government of Cuba plans to formally recognize private property first. A statement was made by the Cuban government, reports the BBC.
The details were made public on July 14 in a package of reforms that the National Assembly should consider this month and who could then make a national referendum
