The death toll in the explosion and collapse of a residential building in the Magnitogorsk region in Russia has grown to 24 people.

About this agency, Interfax informed the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

"Since the beginning of the search and rescue operation, 30 people have been removed from the rubble, of whom 24 have died, including two children," the press service said.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations indicated that 17 other people were being put in place.

Six victims are in the hospital, including two children.

Recall that on December 31, in the Russian city of Magnitogorsk, in a multi-unit building, there was an explosion of domestic gas that caused the collapse of the entrance.
