The GoFundMe account is looking to buy "ladders" to climb the Trump Border Wall

The battle around the funding of a border wall has become viral while a GoFundMe account is trying to raise funds for President Trump's controversial fence, while another is seeking funds for ladders to redefine the wall.

Last week, conservative activist Brian Kolfage set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise private funds to pay the Trump Border Wall. To date, the campaign has raised just over $ 16 million to reach its $ 1 billion goal, well off the $ 21.7 billion that, according to the Department of Homeland Security, are needed to build a wall along the southern border.

$ 16 million was enough to induce Liberal activist Charlotte Clymer to launch a GoFundMe campaign to buy ladders to climb the wall. The newly created campaign is a little ironic and even the founders of the fund admit that they are unlikely to reach their target of $ 100 million (the fund has currently raised only $ 135,000), but whatever the amount finally collected, it will be donated to the bank. "We want to make sure the scales are ready to be sent to our undocumented friends and help them", said the GoFundMe page. "You see, they will never reach their goal, but no matter how much we collect, we will reach ours."

Clymer told Business Insider that the campaign was aimed at attracting Paying Attention to the Benefits of Immigration to the United States

"I'm really excited about how this has generated a conversation about the absurdity of the wall in general," she told Business Insider: "Undocumented migrants do not cause any crime or drug trafficking, nor any nonsense of job thievery in our country." The clashes around the wall of the border led to the closure of the current government then that the legislators were fighting over the financing of the promise of Trump's signature campaign.

Mick Mulvaney, who will serve as the White House's acting chief of staff, told New Democrat Senate Leader Chuck Schumer of Fox News Sunday in New York after the House- Blanche had presented a compensatory offer in a dispute over the financing of the wall.

Mulvaney declined to specify the offer, but said it was between Trump's $ 5.7 billion request and the $ 1.3 billion proposed by the Democrats.
