According to the website of the Russian government, it is noted that "in order to fight against unacceptable actions previously imposed by citizens to Russian citizens and legal entities, the Ukrainian side regarding these people and the normalization of bilateral relations, Government Resolution No. 1300 of 1 November 2018 introduced special economic measures for natural and legal persons of Ukraine .
