Belgium's largest airline, Brussels Airlines, announced the abolition of all flights on Wednesday 13 February. According to Deutsche Welle, the airline's decision will affect about 222 flights and 16,000 passengers, according to the same national strike in the country.

The airline will compensate canceled flights.
What is the strike in Belgium? Unions call for increased wages, increased rest time and increased pensions. Belgium anticipates that the strike will affect most public, rail, sea and air transport.
The air traffic controllers will join the demonstration. It is therefore likely that Belgium's airspace will be closed on the 13th of February.
Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel called on union representatives to return to the negotiating table to find a solution with the government and employers.
