A Colorado judge ruled that Kelsey Berreth's one-year-old daughter, who had last been seen on Thanksgiving, and her fiancé, Patrick Frazee, would stay with her grandparents while prosecutors were charging murder with Frazee.
The statement of a state court spokesperson did not provide details about the closed hearing held Thursday in the case Kaylee, who concerned the parents of Frazee and Berreth.
Frazee was arrested at the end of December and charged with first degree murder. murder for life and three counts of soliciting first degree murder after the authorities found enough evidence to link it to the death of Berreth, 29 years old.
His body was not found.
Berreth was last seen monitoring video entering a grocery store in Woodland Park with Kaylee, which she shared with Frazee.
His mobile phone sounded from Gooding, in Idaho, three days after his last live sighting.

Frazee is scheduled to appear in court on February 19 in the criminal case.
Attorneys of the office of the state public defender representing Frazee stated that they would not comment on the ongoing cases.
