Parker's solar probe made its first flight on Nov. 11 and has now transmitted the data to Earth. The probe took off the sun from the closest distance from the story. Science Alert writes about it
One of the images shows the solar corona and the plasma that emits the Sun in space, the message says.
In more detail, the picture shows a coronal streamer which is a charged electric gas loop and plasma. It connects two regions of opposite polarity in the Sun.
"We do not know what to expect so close to the Sun until we have all the data." We will therefore risk seeing new phenomena. "Parker is a research mission.The new discoveries are huge," says one of the project's scientists.
According to him, they usually take pictures of these streamers at a much longer distance. 27.2 million km, Parker already allows you to see a much more detailed image with two visible rays.
The brightest point of the image is the planet Mercury. In this case, the black dot is a consequence of the correction of the background.

NASA has not reported the temperature on the date that Parker created this image.However, the probe is equipped with a modern heat shield.Therefore, the device can operate at temperatures up to 1370 degrees Celsius
The picture is not taken on Parker herself, m on the WISPR broadband image for the solar sensor.
The next visit is scheduled for April 4, 2019.
