As expected, Meizu today launched its Zero Cathedral campaign on the Zero smartphone – the first model in the world, devoid of holes. Significant and potentially interesting for many, the novelty is unfortunately scary at its price.

Participants in the collective financing program can therefore obtain the collector's edition of Meizu Zero Limited for 1300 (36 000) – 100. Cheap? Well, this price already includes a $ 700 discount over the recommended retail price. In other words, if Zero and its sales are large, its price should be USD 2,000 (55,500 UAH). But it is it's going on sale in the future. Because the feeling that at such a price, he would not be assured of serious sales covering the costs of mass production.

Also on Indiegogo, a copy is displayed under the name of Exclusive Pioneering Unit. Judging by its results, Meizu wants to sell the engineering sample of a smartphone presented at the announcement at a price of $ 3,000 (UAH83200). And that is already, incidentally, with a $ 1,000 discount!

All smartphones will be shipped to customers with wireless charging. The exclusive unit of pioneers will be sent to the buyer immediately after the transfer of the total amount requested and the limited edition of the collector will be delivered in April.
