A second suspect was charged in the shooting death of Jazmine Barnes, 7 years old.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office announced on Tuesday that the homicide investigators had filed a lawsuit alleging murder against Larry Woodruffe, who is in jail. custody for several days.
According to the authorities, the 24-year-old was reportedly arrested after receiving information putting him in contact with the December 30 shootings. He was arrested with Eric Black Jr. on January 5th. The news of the charges against Woodruffe came on the same day as hundreds of people.
