On 23 July, ships of the Standing Naval Group No. 2 (SNMG2) arrive at the port of Odessa with the visit of the Royal Netherlands Naval Forces DE RUYTER, the frigate FATIH, REGELE FERDINAND FRUIT and Team NATO Mine Action No.2 (SNMCMG2) – Naval Auxiliary Ship RHEIN, ANAMUR Minesweeper and Turkish Minesweeper LUPU DINESCU

The parties stressed the importance of developing cooperation between the Ukrainian Navy and NATO, the fleets of the partner countries in terms of strengthening interoperability and enhancing security in the Black Sea region.
Ships will be open to visitors to the city on July 24 (10:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 17:00) and July 25 (14:00 to 16:00).
As planned, at the end of the visit, the ships of the NATO designated groups and the naval forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will organize training sessions in the Black Sea such as PASSEX.
