The dollar jumped even more: it was bought for 26.65 UAH (10 kopiok more than on Thursday), but sold at UAH 26.97 (+15 cents).
At the exchange rate of the NBU July 27, the dollar rose 3 kopecks – to 26.65 UAH. Euro costs 31.22 UAH – 10 kopecks more expensive than the day before.
Note that the dollar has fallen slowly throughout the summer of 2017. On June 1, in the spot market, it was sold for 26.33 UAH, and at the end of the year, summer, August 29, its value rose to 25.64 UAH. The dollar jumped sharply during the first week of September, and then its price was relatively stable. At the beginning of November, the US dollar fell slightly, but since November 6, the dollar has steadily increased, peaking in mid-January 2018 (28.87 UAH). However, since January 22, "green" has started to drop to 26.65 hryvnia in mid-February. In the spring of 2018, the highest score reached by the dollar was 26.68 UAH
. The euro at the end of June 2017 rose sharply when the euro added 70 cents the price in a week. The trend towards the growth of the euro remained throughout the second half of 2017 and the beginning of January 2018, reaching the peak mark of 35.66 hryvnia. After that, in early February, the euro sank to the level of 33.3-33.5 hryvnias and continued to fall for the entire spring. As of June 1, 2018, the euro is slowly increasing. Recall that the absolute antirecord was in the far February 2015 – UAH 37.35 / Euro.
