In the summer of 2019, in Russia, factory trials of the unpaved Poseidon submarines, also known as "judgment day weapons", were tested.
The tests of the Poseidon nuclear power plant were conclusive. It was therefore decided to test the aircraft at sea. This is in reference to a source of Russia's defense industrial complex, according to TASS.
"The start of the test is expected in favorable weather – this summer," the source said.
Specifies that "on the course" Poseidon "will be shot down into the sea from the shore". At the same time, the UAV personnel, a nuclear submarine, is still being completed in Sevmash.

The unmanned submarines "Poseidon" will arrive at the arsenal of the Russian Navy until 2027. It is known that the aircraft is made up of several high-speed and deep-sea torpedoes, equipped with a compact nuclear power plant.
