The Swiss asset management company responsAbility Participations AG plans to buy back 51% of PJSC shares "Bank Lvov".

Last year, in PJSC Bank Lviv, the bank reported that the administration of the bank has submitted a set of documents for the reconciliation of the investment of a new shareholder strategic.

As of January 1, according to the NBU, the total assets of "Bank Lviv" had risen to UAH 1,938 billion. Thus, the Bank is ranked 44th out of 84 banks in Ukraine

According to responsAbility Participations, 60% of the shares of the company belong to Swiss financial institutions, including Baumann & Cie, Raiffeisen Switzerland, Swiss Foundation Re, Vontobel Beteiligungen, 21% Investors and 19% – managers and employees of the company

PJSC "Bank Lvov" was registered in Ukraine in 1991. The beneficial owner Ultimate, which held more than 99.9% of the shares, was the Icelandic citizen Margeret Peturson. Currently, more than 90% of the shares of the bank, according to Youcontrol, belong to New Progress Holding LLC, which one of the owners is Marguerite Petursson.
